As our services and technology continue to grow and evolve so does the company as a whole. Ennova Holdings strives for the best and seeks to be the best both in team and offering.

Our co-CEO Mark Labuschagne, has recently resigned to seek other opportunities elsewhere in his career. Ennova would like to express our gratitude for the efforts provided to the project and team and wish him luck in his future endeavors.

Therefore, Ennova Holdings convened an extraordinary meeting of shareholders and appointed Michael Kwon as CEO.

In 2023, we will deliver more good news to the AUC community.
