On June 13, we signed a digital asset custody service contract with KODA.

Through this contract, we will keep the AUC tokens in KODA’s “digital assets custody service” system. KODA will keep the AUC tokens and distribute them to the market according to the schedule outlined by the AUC Foundation in its whitepaper.

With this contract, we aim to enhance the transparency and security of digital asset circulation in response to market demands. By utilizing KODA’s custody service, AUC Foundation plan to manage digital assets in a safer and more transparent manner.

KODA is a digital asset custody service provider established by KB KOOKMIN Bank, blockchain technology company Haechi Labs, and blockchain-focused investment company Hashed. KODA offers specialized custody services for digital assets to corporations and institutional investors.

Currently, the core application of the AUC project, called ‘TIER,’ is a cross-border simple payment and remittance platform that incorporates blockchain, big data, and AI technologies, targeting unbanked and migrant workers in Africa and Southeast Asia. It features low fees and fast processing speed. In July and scheduled to conduct sandbox testing with the South African government’s Intergovernmental FinTech Working Group (IFWG).
