AUC project receives strategic investment from Sakhumnotho Group in South Africa
We received a USD 1.8M strategic investment from Sakhumnotho Group.
Sakhumnotho Group Holdings is an investment holding company established in South Africa in 2000 that invests in the financial/mining/property/oil and gas/ICT/fintech industries and has extensive networks with global partners, including the Global Business Roundtable, the Global Fund for Jesus, Fohloza and the Sahumnotho Foundation, as well as public sector institutions and private companies.
In addition, the Sakhumnotho Group and the Ennova Foundation are preparing for an MOA agreement to develop a blockchain-based donation fund management platform for the efficient operation of the Sakhumnotho Group’s Global Fund for Jesus (GFFJ).
We are thrilled to welcome Sakhumnotho Group as an investor to further enable the company to accelerate innovation and drive continued growth.
We evaluate that this investment has led to the business model of the AUC project being verified by institutional investors and a leap forward to proceed with our fintech business in earnest.
The AUC project has completed the soft launch of the ‘Tier’ app(Android ver.), a simple payment app, and is currently developing an exchange for merchant testing and remittance for virtual asset payment and remittance.
